Jeep’s original sunroof glass is quite sturdy. Not to mention the Wrangler’s removable models. For city SUVs like the Liberty and Commander, the panoramic sunroof needs to balance roof rigidity and sealing performance. The frame fasteners are very tight, and there are no “creaking” noises even on bumpy roads. However, after long-term use, the rubber seals age and the glass may crack. Replacing parts at a 4S dealership costs several thousand yuan. Therefore, many technicians consider looking for aftermarket alternatives.

Q1: Do you have the detachable sunroof glass for the Wrangler?

A1: Yes, but please specify the model year. For 07-18 JK models and those from 2018 onwards, the latch positions are different and the glass thicknesses differ by a couple of millimeters. Please send us the vehicle frame number or take a photo of the old glass. We’ll check it and then ship it to you. Our professional sales team will accurately identify the specific car model you need.

Q2: There are many bumpy roads. I’m afraid there might be strange noises after installation.

A2: Most of the strange noises are caused by the large tolerance of the frame and the loose latch. We have adjusted the injection mold several times, and the latch position is controlled very precisely. Of course, don’t tighten the screws too much. Leaving some elasticity will make it fit better – this is the same principle as installing the original factory parts.

Q3: Can you send two pieces first for a trial?

A3: Of course. Each batch includes 5 units of the main Jeep models. Please order the product for your urgently needed model for a trial installation. If you find the fit is satisfactory, you can order the remaining units next month. In the aftermarket, you only need to install it once to determine the product’s reliability.
