Description
Mitsubishi Motors is one of the well-known automobile brands. The models it produces include sedans, SUVs and pickups, among others. Mitsubishi Motors has been committed to launching intelligent and environmentally friendly automotive products to meet the needs of various customers.
The Mitsubishi sunroofs usually adopt a segmented opening design, which not only supports the rear-upward partial opening for ventilation, but also allows full opening for ventilation. They are suitable for various scenarios such as urban commuting, high-speed driving, and off-road travel. Some models, like the Outlander, are equipped with a sunroof anti-collision function. When encountering resistance, it stops automatically, balancing practicality and safety.
The sunroof products produced by Hou Ming are specifically for the after-sales service of Mitsubishi’s models. They offer sunroof installation services for various models such as Outlander, Rubicon, Eigo, New Ignis, Classic Rubicon, Outlander New Energy, Golor, and Junge.

FAQ
Will a clogged skylight drainage port cause water to enter the vehicle?
Yes. Water entering the driver’s seat is most likely due to a clogged skylight drainage port – when the skylight is not frequently opened, surface dust enters the drainage port with the rainwater and accumulates and gets clogged, causing water to seep into the driver’s area. After discovering water in the vehicle, it is necessary to promptly remove the seat and carpet, thoroughly clean and dry them to avoid mold on the inner cotton and produce an unpleasant smell. It is recommended to clean the drainage port once every 3 months.
What should be done if there is an abnormal noise from the Mitsubishi sunroof during driving?
If the abnormal noise occurs during acceleration or during bumpy sections, first check if there are any dust, leaves or other foreign objects on the sunroof track. Clean them and apply a special lubricant; if the noise persists, check if the rubber strips of the sunroof are aging and cracking, as well as whether the clamps of the sunshade and interior panels are loose. Press the surrounding area of the sunroof to locate the position of the noise. If the problem cannot be solved by yourself, it is recommended to go to a repair shop to tighten the screws of the sunroof and adjust the gap between the glass.
What are the common reasons for the inability to open the Mitsubishi electric sunroof?
There are mainly these situations: First, the fuse has blown. You can check the corresponding fuse in the fuse box inside the vehicle; second, the sliding track is blocked by foreign objects or lacks lubrication. You need to clean the sliding track and apply a special lubricant; third, the motor is faulty. If there is no motor operation sound when pressing the switch, it is likely a motor problem and professional repair is required.
